JAMES L. BOWEN became a director of WPC in August 2003. Mr. Bowen served as the President of the West Virginia AFL-CIO from November 1997 through August 2004. Previously, Mr. Bowen served as Vice President for both the West Virginia and the Ohio AFL-CIO. Mr. Bowen was an active member of the United Steelworkers of America for 42 years, and an International Representative for 32 years. He has been involved with the West Virginia AFL-CIO since 1965. Mr. Bowen served as a director of WPSC from 1998 to August 2003. Mr. Bowen is a designee of the United Steelworkers of America to the WPC Board of Directors pursuant to the terms of the collective bargaining agreement among the USW, WPSC and WPC.read more ...read less ...
