From September 1995 to March 2004, Mr. Donovan served as Chief Executive Officer of Amerigroup Texas, Inc., a subsidiary of Amerigroup Corporation. From 1973 to August 1995, Mr. Donovan served in a variety of roles for Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program, a not-for-profit managed care organization.
