Rehabber - I have been rehabbing houses since 1979. Landlord - I own and operate rental properties and have since 1983. Real Estate Investor - I buy, sell, rehab, renovate, and rent property. Real Estate Education - I operate the CCIA - a group of with over 500 members that has been meeting monthly since 1983. We provide education, motivation, and networking opportunities for real estate investors. I have traveled and spoken extensively teaching classes for investors on a wide variety of topics, published a monthly newsletter for over 10 years, and provided guidance to 1000's of investors over the years. I was instrumental in the founding of the Illinois Rental Property Owners Association - and still serve on its Board - as legislative watchdog.
