Mr. St-Amour began his investment banking career in 1998 and has since gained extensive financial advisory and mining industry experience. He worked for 5 years as an investment banking associate with Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Ltd. and Haywood Securities Inc. In 2003, Mr. St-Amour joined Defiance Mining Corporation where he was V.P. Corporate Development and CFO until it was acquired by Rio Narcea Gold Mines in 2004. He was VP Corporate Development with Rio Narcea until he returned to investment banking as Vice President with Blackmont Capital Inc. in 2005. He has extensive experience providing financial advisory services to companies with respect to financings and mergers & acquisitions.
