Jeff Vernon, 43 years old, lives in Memphis, Tennessee, but has also spent time in Griffin, Georgia and Gadsden, Alabama. He is an alumnus of the Southside High School, Gadsden State Community College and Griffin Technical Institute. He is employed by Us Army.
