Having been involved with the development of the internet since 1995, I have an extensive understanding of the overall development and evolution of the online world, including how personality, creativity, technical know-how, and an empathic grasp of human behavior, all work together to create successful customer relations, especially via online communications. I have spent the past decade and a half, using my computer, to interact with the world and make my living. I have been involved in successful eCommerce ventures, since before Amazon sold its very first book. I began by using a service called First Virtual (a now-defunct precursor to PayPal), and in my first year, I grossed over $60K in sales. The next year (1996), I doubled that amount. Ever since, I have worked online, with many different people, companies, services, tools, etc., effectively providing for myself and my family.
