Jennifer Novia, MLIS, BA is the Administrative Manager, Network Administration at Vanderbilt University where she oversees budget development, administration of payroll and personnel functions, general guidance, and assistance for staff, and performs in a liaison capacity. Ms. Novia is a proficient administrative leader with more than 12 years of experience in administrative operations and management experience. Ms. Novia transitions to VMG Administration from the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center where she performed the duties of Phase I Clinical Trials Initiative Program Coordinator. Prior to joining Vanderbilt University, she worked in the oncology non-profit industry at the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation as well as at Corporations such as General Electric, Honeywell, and Siemens. Ms. Novia is an active member of the Tennessee Library Association, serving on the membership committee and servicing as co-chair of the New Members Round Table. In addition, Ms. Novia is a Gulf War veteran of the United States Marine Corps. She graduated from Drexel University with a Master of Science in Library and Information Science and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University.
