I am the founder and CEO of FATHERS in NEED a Not-for-profit Organization designed to help fathers, or any struggling parent that needs assistance and support. I am also the Founder and CEO of The DIAZ FAMILY ENTERPRISES (DFE) LLC and the DIAZ FAMILY GROUP.
