I also provided on site problem analysis and resolution to our customer, supporting operational staff in the field. While at Raytheon I also worked on security analysis, information system certificationaccreditation and test procedure design. My time at Starbucks taught me the importance of delivering legendary customer service and how to make a killer cappuccino.
