Jim has over years of IT experience having previously worked for Boeing and Bendix Field Engineering at NASA Glenn Research center. Jim was on the board of trustees for the Ohio Public Library Information Network (OPLIN) and also is a former member of the Citrix Customer Advisory Council. Jim has several technical websites, blogs , forums, and has moderated the THIN Discussion list now at freelists.org for years. Jim was also a Microsoft MVP for Windows Server and Terminal Services for two years. Jim retired in January from his position at the the Cuyahoga County Public Library after years due to complications from Multiple Sclerosis.
