Mr. Wade, Executive Vice President, Business Development, joined us in February 1994 and has held his current position since May 2005. Mr. Wade was named President in October 1999 and was named Chief Financial Officer in March 2000. He served as President and Chief Financial Officer through August 2003 and served as President until May 2005. Mr. Wade also served as our Secretary from March 2000 until April 2001.
