Since 1988, Mr. Johnson has been the manager of Aspen Capital Resources, LLC, an investment company that provides bridge financing to public companies. Aspen Capital Resources, LLC has financed 12 companies since 1998, and is currently a major shareholder in several firms. From 1983 to 1998, Mr. Johnson was President of Aspen Finance, a Salt Lake City insurance agency. Mr. Johnson attended the University of Utah, majoring in Finance. He left the University of Utah in 1983 to pursue a career in the insurance industry.
