From August 2000 to March 2002, Mr. Hanlon was Chief Financial Officer at DCTI. From September 1988 to May 2000, Mr. Hanlon was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, at Personic Software. Previously, Mr. Hanlon was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, at MDL Information Systems for 10 years and also spent 9 years in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP.
