They say "When you're a hammer, everything looks like a nail". In that case, I'd like to think of myself as a "carpenter." My hammer has always been Adobe Flex, but I that doesn't mean I turn to it for every project. Experience has led me through many projects. From a highly advanced trading application to mom and pop websites. It's easy to become complacent using familiar technologies. The challenge comes when you have to step out of your comfort zone. After years in the Information Technology field, I returned to school for my Masters in Business Administration. That experience not only pulled me out of my comfort zone, but also provided me with an entirely new set of tools.
