Mr. MacKinnon has served as a director of the Company since 2000 and has been Chairperson of the Audit Committee since 2000. Mr. MacKinnon joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1968 and was a partner from 1978 until his retirement in 1999. Mr. MacKinnon also serves on the Boards of Directors of BioSphere Medical, Inc. and National Datacomputer, Inc., each of which is a public company.
