He has served as our Chairman of the Board of Directors since June 1991 and served as our Vice Chairman of the Board from 1987 until June 1991. Mr. Ryan has served as an officer since November 2001. Mr. Ryan served as our chief executive officer from June 1995 to October 2001, and has served as a senior officer since November 2001.
