John G. Warner has served as executive vice president of CN Bancorp, Inc. and County National Bank and as a director of CN Bancorp, Inc. and of County National Bank since 1996. From 1991 until 1996, Mr. Warner was a consultant in the construction industry. From 1990 to 1991, Mr. Warner was president of First Federal Savings Bank of Annapolis. From 1989 to 1990, Mr. Warner was a senior vice president in the lending division of First Annapolis Savings Bank.
