I enjoy providing a pleasant experience to people during a period of transition in life. I have found this opportunity in each of my career paths by helping others achieve their goals from landscape renovations to academic progression and to changing careers in the senior housing industry. During my career at DesertDesigner, I changed the environment for people to spend their relaxation time with family and friends when away from work. I listened to customer desires and made them excited to pull into their driveway at the end of a long day! At the end of 2008, I decided to make a career change to the education industry and became an Academic Counselor for University of Phoenix. I created a roadmap for future career endeavors through education and goal setting with students. I was a part of the educational journey that led to a new future for many students. In mid-2011, I decided to combine my previous efforts by joining Govig Senior Care, a division of Govig & Associates. I now use my education, knowledge, and persistence to recruit executives for skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living facilities.
