Mr. Hoover has been Vice President of Bank Operations of the Savings Bank since April 2003. Previously, Mr. Hoover was Vice President Community Banking of the Savings Bank since October 2001. Prior thereto, Mr. Hoover was Assistant Vice President, Branch Coordinator since October 1996.
