My consulting career was launched immediately after with the first of many engagements with Universal Pictures. In 2003 I started a permanent position with Hilton Hotels Corporation at their Beverly Hills headquarters. By the time of my departure, as the Hilton global Blackberry administrator, I was proud to have 8,750 devices in almost 90% of the countries Hilton did business in around the world. My documentation was translated and used to deploy, troubleshoot and more efficiently operate Blackberries in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
