Joshua is an associate in the Corporate group. He has a broad range of experience in international corporate transactions with a concentration in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and oil and gas. He advises international clients in the public and private sector located in the United States, Europe, West Africa, Central Asia and Singapore where his practice has focused on cross border finance, secured and structured financings, and the sale, merger or reorganization of public and private entities. In the energy sector, he has worked on transactions advising governments and state-owned entities, including national oil companies, at all stages of oil and gas exploitation, including the negotiation and drafting of agreements in the oil and gas industries. Joshua also has experience in corporate governance and commercial matters. He has represented entrepreneurs and early stage companies in negotiations for private equity investments such as convertible securities and preferred and common equity. Prior to joining Curtis, Joshua interned with Clifford Chance in the Banking Group and worked for the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau, providing legal advice to entrepreneurs and non-profits.read more ...read less ...
