46-year-old Keith Edward Payne lives in Louisville, Kentucky, but has also spent time in Paso Robles, California; Yampa, Colorado; Avery, Idaho and Murray, Kentucky. He is a 1991 graduate of Crawfordsville Sr High School. Some of Keith family members are Meagher Shannon Payne and Tessa Collins.
