47-year-old Kelly Koppenberg Fisher lives in Forest Grove, Oregon, but has also spent time in Little Rock, Arkansas; Missoula, Montana; Hillsboro, Oregon and Monmouth, Oregon. He has attended Western Oregon University and The University Of Montana-missoula. Some of Kelly family members are Paul William Fisher and Chris Fisher.
