At Belardi Ostroy, I was initially brought in as a direct assistant to three senior account executives. During my time here, I was promoted to an account representative and more recently to an account executive managing my own customers, while still providing assistance for our larger clients. I manage mailing lists for upscale catalog and retail mailers such as Hammacher Schlemmer, J-Crew and American Girl. In addition, I work with well-known not-for-profit organizations such as Human Rights Campaign, League of Women Voters and NAACP. In my current role, I grow our list rental revenue with existing accounts and manage activity reports, advertising materials, and sales budgets. In addition I create performance reports, providing SWOT analyses of each account to direct activity that defends and builds our portfolio. My position requires strong customer service, detail orientation and fast response time. My performance impresses my clients and as a result, they continually recommend our lists to other potential customers, which helps grow our business. In addition, my ability to manage more and more accounts allows ample time for our senior account executives to prospect new clients.
