Mr. Kim has served as a member of the Wilshire State Bank Board of Directors since 1994, and was appointed a Class III Director of Wilshire Bancorp in connection with the holding company reorganization in August 2004. Mr. Kim formerly served as President and Chief Executive Officer of KEI Trading Co, Inc. Mr. Kim holds a B.A. degree from the Seoul National University College of Law.
