Larry is President of Thunderbird School of Global Management, the leading international graduate school of management. With more than years of higher education experience, he has also built his own consulting practice. Earlier, he was professor of management, university president and business school dean. He was dean of Arizona State University's business school, leading it to national recognition as the W. P. Carey School of Business with exceptional programs in supply chain management, services marketing and information systems. He was responsible for creating multiple, market-driven MBA programs, including two in China and one in Mexico. He went on to become president of Colorado State University. His leadership was characterized by responsibility of the university to the community, strategic interdisciplinary research initiatives with technology transfer, and quality of the undergraduate experience. Fundraising more than doubled RD increased by to a new high of M. Invention disclosures, patent applications, and licensed technologies doubled. He led the construction of multiple, new facilities, and he created CSU Global, an on-line school for Colorados working adults. Larry has also served in visiting faculty positions in Venezuela and Mexico. He chaired the international business association - AACSB.
