I work primarily with Exchange 2010/2007, Lync/OCS 2007, LiveMeeting, Active Directory and the Windows OS's. I've performed multiple Exchange migrations of 20,000+ mailboxes. I've designed fault tolerant Exchange and Lync/OCS systems, as well as Active Directory infrastructures. I've managed multiple phased technology implementation projects and have a great deal of experience dealing with people with and without technology experience. I'm always looking for new challenges and new things to try. I don't consider myself limited to the product and capacities I've worked in so far.
