Before emigration from the USSR I worked at the Lenfilm Studio in St Petersburg, Russia. From 1975-1977 I served in the Israeli Army, and from 1977 to 1984 I was an artistic director of the Tel Aviv Educational Theater for Children and Youth. During 1984-1986 I staged several plays for children in New York, including two in the Lincoln center for the Performing Arts. In 1986 I relocated to Los Angeles and live here since. In 1989 I began to participate in business and politicval activities having to do with Russia and helped to establish sister city relations between Los Angeles and St Petersburg. During 90s I managed an international marketing and import/export business and in 1999-2000 co-founded my current company, Weinstein Art Management, representing visual artists from around the world. From 2007 I became active in political life of the United States. I began writing articles, conducting seminars and published a video blog on the subject of capitalism vs. socialism. In 2010 I published a political action-adventure novel "Looking for Hugh: The Capitalist guidebook" and in 2011 an 'almost textbook' called "Capitalism 101: The Tea Party Principles." read more ...
