I studied for my BA and MA in fine art at UEL, graduating in 2006.As a visual artist I use a range of mixed media including paint, collage and fabric to discuss the links between arts and crafts.Often the use of obsessive repetition, strong line and vivid colour appear in my work, with the emphasis on self discovery during the making process. I enjoy manipulating paper and fabric generating a new story from its past history.My aim is to create accessible work that evokes a response from the viewer unlocking hidden memories or shared stories.read more ...read less ...
