Loren R. Miller joined the Company in 1999 and served as Controller before being promoted to Vice President and Controller in March 2003. Prior to SurModics, Mr. Miller served as Controller of Northwest Athletic Clubs (owned by The Wellbridge Company). From 1996 to 1998 he was the Controller for Executive Aviation Inc. In addition he held various positions at Mesaba Aviation Inc. from 1988 until 1995, most recently as Controller. Mr. Miller is a CPA (inactive certificate) and received a B.S. degree in Business Administration & Finance and a B.S. degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University in 1988.read more ...read less ...
