I started doing CrossFit in during my undergrad at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo courtesy of CrossFit-Inferno. I fell in love instantly (Might have been a little hate) and havent looked back since. I currently have my own personal box in the back of a warehouse in West Sac. I love it
