I am Maria Oliveira, a language teacher in Pinole, California, and I am originally from São Jorge in the Azores Islands. My language school emphasizes Spanish and Portuguese courses and also offers language immersion trips to the Azores and to Mexico. These videos are from recent trips that I led to the Azores and to Nayarit Mexico. Some of the people you see are my students, others are locals, and still others are my relatives!
