I'm a culinary professional who has established a variety of strong expertise in food service. My foundation is in the Culinary Arts, being a graduate and alumni of the Culinary Institute of Canada with approximately years hands-on food service and hospitality experience. Training early on in my career was lead under the tutelage of Chef Sheldon Russell at the Keystone Alley Caf in Stratford, Ontario and then through the close mentorship of Chef Michael Allemeier CCC in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Years later and having a cooking style heavily influenced by French and Italian cuisines, I have continued to dedicate myself to exude the qualities of professionalism and excellence that my mentors have showcased in their own careers.
