Matthew is a senior analyst in the Business Development and Planning Unit of Trinity Real Estate, one of Manhattans largest land owners. Mr. Fox has over eight years of experience in real estate development and analysis. At Trinity he provides support for its extensive portfolio which involves the development of financial models for new developments, feasibility studies, property valuations, market assessments, and investment analysis (IRR, cash-on-cash yield, sensitivity tables, etc.). He also prepares financial, valuation, market and discounted cash flow models in connection with portfolio strategic planning as well as participating in development of overall capital plans. Prior to joining Trinity, he was a project manager for Fox Development of Boston and was involved in the acquisition, development, and disposition of luxury condo developments (The Suites of Needham, Park Drive, Audubon Park). Mr. Fox attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and earned a Bachelors degree in Economics and second Bachelors degree in Architecture with a minor in Art History.
