As Chief of Staff, Maureen Marquess Sullivan is one of the key strategists at AOL, overseeing international brand development and strategic planning for the business. She reports to AOL Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Tim Armstrong.
Prior to AOL, Sullivan served as Chief of Staff for Tim Armstrong at Google, where she managed partnership development and business planning. In this role, she managed and produced annual sales conferences and other key events. She also led the cross-functional effort around quarterly business reviews and annual sales strategy reports. Sullivan also served as an external liaison to valued advertising customers and partners. She worked across Google’s product and engineering organizations to drive business development and new initiatives as well as managed communication strategies for key customers and partners.
Previously, Sullivan was an Agency Sales Representative at Google, developing relationships with key agency partners. In addition to her roles in the sales organization, she began her tenure at Google as an Associate within the Google New York Engineering organization.
