Since February 2000, Mr. Fleming has been an attorney with the law firm of Lane Powell Spears Lubersky LLP in Seattle, Washington, specializing in real estate, dispute resolution, securities and environmental matters. From November 1992 to February 2000, Mr. Fleming was an attorney with the law firm of Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland in Seattle, Washington. He is also the President and owner of Kidcentre, Inc., a company in the business of providing child care services in Seattle, Washington. Since April 1985, he has also been the President and owner of Fleming Investment Co., an investment company.
