Michael E. Fox Michael is a business convergence leader for the high technology industry with 20 years of operational experience. At Mitsubishi, Michael created and championed the corporate “business unit convergence†initiative allowing unprecedented inter-organizational collaboration between multiple divisions. His efforts resulted in the successful launch in an industry wide consortium (HomeAPI now UPnP), assisting and growing and solidifying key clients like Microsoft and COMPAQ ($500M each) and on one occasion, was responsible for securing a $50M unseen revenue stream benefiting five business units. Prior management experience includes having worked for SONY Electronics where he was responsible for defining the strategy and driving the market adoption of the US SONY brand display initiative ($500M market). He was responsible for a 46% revenue growth for the product lines under his direct management in his first year alone.  Michael has had numerous consulting engagements in a variety of industries and disciplines. In the Silicon Valley venture capital community, he has been active in deal sourcing, due diligence & advisory services to both institutional & corporate venture capital funds. While working for one $5Billion fund, he took a portfolio company from $50Million valuation to $300Million valuation growth in only 5 months though operational execution and business development. For the start-up community, Michael has been invaluable in facilitating investment, strategic solution sales and accelerating paths to sustained profitability.  Mr. Fox has lectured internationally and published numerous white papers.
