MICHAEL MCANDREW, 46, was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on December 13, 2002. He became Secretary and Treasurer on January 31, 2003. He was Manager of Corporate Planning and Analysis prior to December 13, 2002. Mr. McAndrew has been with the Company for 15 years.
