Michael A. Newman has served as our Vice President & General Counsel since September 2002. From April 1999 to September 2002, he served in various capacities in the legal department of Gateway, Inc., a publicly traded PC manufacturer, most recently as Senior Staff Counsel, Securities, Finance and Corporate Development. From February 1996 to April 1999, he practiced as an attorney in the San Diego office of Cooley Godward, LLP, a law firm specializing in the representation of high-growth information technology and life sciences companies.
