I'm a massive geek but I often hide it well. I was born and raised on Long Island but also grew up with a home in the middle of a mountainous forest in PA about minutes outside of Scranton. (Side-note I was deeply saddened when the ScrantonWilkes-Barre Red Barons became the Yankees.) During my lifetime I have visited (or at least made pit stops in) states D.C. and have been to England, Ireland, Canada. (possibly more states but my memory is fuzzy) I attended St. Anthony's High School in Huntington from '-' and C.W. Post college from '-'. Graduated with a Bachelor's in English which I later found out was rather useless despite all the brochures for every college listing how you could get a job in almost every field with such a degree. I used to know quite a bit of Spanish and was mostly fluent in Sign Language for a time but have since lost the ability due to lack of use. For about years I worked for State Farm in the Corporate Law Department at Richard T. Lau Associates (first as a Mail File clerk, then as a Team Secretary in the Queens Litigation Team). Currently I'm the SEO Copywriter at an eCommerce SMB in Deer Park. I'm also a member of the LIRP meetup group where I regularly dork out with people at Ravenblood Games in Plainview playing things like DD, Shadowrun, Dragon Age, Mage, and various boardgames card games like Smallworld and Ascension. read more ...
