Nicole Callahan is a Digital Engagement Strategist at the U.S. Department of Educations office of Federal Student Aid (FSA.) As part of the federal governments first Customer Experience Office, the primary focus of FSAs Digital Engagement Group is using social media to provide an enhanced customer service experience for Federal Student Aids million customers. Some of Nicoles major responsibilities include serving as Federal Student Aids lead community manager, coordinating @FAFSAs monthly #AskFAFSA Office Hours, and tracking and analyzing FSAs social data to help improve products, services, processes and content.
