I am the Coordinator of the Student Technology Center (STC) at Saginaw Valley State University. Outside of the STC, I am an Instructor at Davenport University and Saginaw Valley State University. I teach a variety of computer and design courses, including Computer Foundations, Web Design/Applications, Advanced Flash, Java/C/C++ Programming, Intro to UNIX, Microcomputer Applications, and Using the Internet. My interests/hobbies include anything that involves or combines movies, technology, music, reading, gadgets, walking, bike-riding and spending time with my four great kids, Cherie (18), twins, Brittany and Bryce (15), and my youngest, Max (9). I finished my Master of Arts at Saginaw Valley State University in Communication and Multimedia in August of 2004. I completed a Bachelor of Applied Arts with a double major in Interpersonal and Public Communication / German from Central Michigan University in May of 1997. In 1990, I spent one semester in Germany, studying overseas. This was the greatest opportunity. If you get the chance to travel during your studies, I highly recommend it. read more ...
