I am a mother of three boys and one girl, an advocate of promoting normal physiological birth and a childbirth educator trained with ICEA (International Childbirth Education Assoications). I'm also a birth doula, trained through CBI (Childbirth International). I got an itch to become a birth advocate while I was pregnant with my second son, which I did not fully realize until pregnant with my third.
