While at Yaeger, he worked on projects of varied types and sizes but with an emphasis on religious, corporate and hospitality projects. In , Mr. Michell was given an opportunity to join a growing team at Wilson Estes Police Architects, growing to be the senior project manager in the firm and is involved in the management for virtually all projects undertaken.
