From 1990 to 1998 Mr. Murray served as President, Secretary and Treasurer of Lockwood Manufacturing Inc. of Brantford, Ontario. From 1985 to 1990 Mr. Murray was the Vice President of Finance of Redpath Industries Limited, a manufacturing company formerly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. As of the date of this Proxy Circular and Statement, Mr. Murray is a nominee for election to the board of directors of Fairfax (NYSE:FFH/TSX:FFH.SV) and Lindsey Morden Group Inc. (TSX: LM.SV).
