Paul Schaefer & Family have been designing and building custom and semi-custom homes and remodels in Charlotte & DeSoto Counties since 2001.  Paul, along with his father, Paul (Sr.) and select subcontractors volunteered to build homes in Port Charlotte during the Habitat for Humanity’s Builders’ Blitz programs in 2008 and 2009. Paul serves on the Board of Directors of the Charlotte-DeSoto Building industry Association and also their President in 2011. He also represents the Burnt Store Meadows Property Owners’ Association as the Vice President on their Board of Directors. A graduate of the University of Florida, Paul lives in Punta Gorda with his wife and pets. You can visit their website at www.SageHomesFL.com or email to [email protected].read more ...read less ...
