I have been in real estate for 16 years in the Pierce County and Kitsap County market places. I have extensive knowledge of both areas from living and working experiences. I love the Pacific Northwest and it is easy for me to sell what I love. I have a Managing Brokers License and a future goal would be managing my own real estate office or managing for someone else. I would always want to be involved with the sales aspect and working with the buyer or seller. I really enjoy marketing and of course putting "the deal" together. I am currently working on a large condominium project and it is one of the most successful condo sales projects in the northwest. When Amy and I started there had not been a sale in a year. We have sold half of the 44 condos that we listed and are proud of our achievement. I would like to take my expertise in problem solving and sales on to a new development.
