Peter Robbins became a director in May 2001. From 1982 to 1999, Mr. Robbins was a Senior Vice President of Franklin Portfolio Associates, and one of its original founders. Mr. Robbins is a trustee and investment committee member of the China Medical Board of New York, a foundation that funds health related projects in China and parts of South-East Asia.
