Peter O. Shea, Jr. has served as a director of the Company since April 2006. Mr. Shea is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of J.F. Shea Co., Inc. and he previously served as Chief Operating Officer of J.F. Shea Co., Inc. for more than five years. J.F. Shea Co., Inc. is a private company with aggregate revenue in 2005 in excess of $3.5 billion, with operations in home construction, commercial property development and management and heavy civil construction.
