Coordinate worldwide recordation of mergers, name changes, and assignments. Coordinate domestic and international enforcement actions, including investigations of counterfeiting activities. Participate in all aspects of enforcement and infringement litigations, including pre-trial practice and trial preparation involving trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, unfair competition, dilution, copyright, and licensing issues.
